Shipping Time

  • After processing, standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

PrimeOneShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please:

  2. Look around the delivery area (sometimes carriers place packages in hidden locations for safety).

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
